can not save in OSX (10.6)

I 've use Editra MAC version for quiet a lot of time, but this small problem always exist: I can not save files.

Dialog box1: Save Error , Failed to save file: untitled 3.txt, Error:None
Dialog box2: Reload File? /User/simon/Documents/untitled 3.txt has been modified by another application.
Would you like to reload?



The 2 box always come in pair. And this problem exist for at least one year. Any suggestion?

What version of Editra are you using?

Are you using the binary or source install?
